Riding Lessons

Wynn Equestrian offers weekly horse riding lessons for all levels of riders aged 6 and older. Whether it is your very first lesson or if you have been riding for years, our goal is to create confident, well-rounded horse people. As such our lessons include riding, grooming/tacking and overall horse care. At Wynn Equestrian safety is our top priority. We follow the Ontario Equestrian Learn to Ride program which ensures safe and consistent skills across the levels. Our lessons are offered year-round on our well trained school masters.

Lesson Structure

Group Lesson (3-5 riders) - 50 mins

Semi-Private (2 riders) - 40 mins

Private (1 rider) - 30 mins

*all beginner lessons will include a portion of the lesson in the barn until riders are confident and safe grooming/tacking*

Rates

Session Fee - $230 plus HST *per month

Winter - (January-February) Spring - (March-June) Summer - (July-August) Fall - (September-December)

Single Month - $260 plus HST

Individual Lesson - $65 plus HST

What to bring to your lesson:

Long Pants
Boots with a 1/4" heel
ASTM approved riding helmet
Signed liability waiver (Click the appropriate one below to see the form.

Part Boarding

At Wynn Equestrian we offer Part Boarding. This is a great opportunity to see what it is like to own a horse without the full responsibility. To be eligible you must be riding in our program and approved by Nicole. Part boarding is when you ride one horse in a combination of lessons and practice rides.

Rates

Quarter Board (1 lesson & 1 practice ride per week) - $380

Part Board (1 lesson & 2 practice rides per week) - $500
